A self-described knowledge seeker, Paola Accettola is an HR leader who is committed to transforming her deep knowledge into helping companies find smart, simple HR solutions that can inspire their people practices and drive measurable business growth. Paola has spent the past 25 years working with companies such as Nike and Cineplex in senior-level positions creating committed, motivated and engaged teams that come together to create great work.
Paola launched True North HR Consulting In 2019 and been able to quickly establish herself as a thought leader and practical partner for businesses across Canada and the USA. Paola believes that everything can be solved with a genuine ability to listen and a focus on practical solutions that answer people’s concerns.
Paola has a genuine passion for giving back and being part of a greater global community. The success of True North HR Consulting is measured by the value that we provide to our partners, the community and the world. Working directly with Catchafire and local community partners, Paola and her team volunteer their unique skills and talents to global and local NGOs. Recent projects have extended as far as Suriname and as close as Toronto.
